You qualify if you are currently a member of AMA, NMA, GNC. All others pay only an additional $5.00 per class to participate.
No qualifiers required to enter the 17th annual Branson USA Motocross Championships. Fill out the mail entry form and mail it on or before September 16, 2011 with your entry fees as instructed on the entry form. You may enter via the online entry form using PayPal until September 22, 2011. (If you print and mail the online entry form it must be postmarked by 9-16-11). Transponders are required for this year's event and will be available at the track. For more information on transponders go to www.escoremx.com. 2012 cycles are approved to race the event.
Camping and Parking
There is self-contained camping and pumping services available for the motor home holding tanks at the track for convenience of the participant. The charge for parking at the park is $15.00 per day, payable upon arrival at the event.
Entry and Gate FeesWednesday, October 5
The pre-entry fee per class is $70.00. The entry must be postmarked on or before Septembe 16th. All entries not mailed by this date are subject to a post entry fee of $95.00. The gate fee is $10.00 per person per day (5 yrs. and under free), payable upon arrival at the event.
Concession and Track Conveniences
Food concessions will be available at the track. All new portable restroom facilities will be provided. Trash containers will be provided and we ask your help in keeping the facility clean. The park is located at the intersection of Hwy 413 and 176 in Galena, MO. along the James River (No motorcycles allowed in the river).
Event Sponsors will be present and will be happy to meet and greet the riders and their families at the event.
BRANSON USA SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
Gates open at 9:00 a.m. Parking in the designated pit areas will be on a “first come” basis. There are approximately 20 acres of parking including along the James River. No electrical hook ups - bring a generator.
Post entry will begin at 10:00 a.m. through 3:00 p.m. If you mail your entry form by Sept. 16, there is nothing more to do. If you have not mailed your entry, you may then post enter at the track during the 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. time period.
The park will remain open until 10:00 p.m. for all arrivals. There is no gate charge for Wednesday arrival. There will be a camping charge for Wednesday night. The front gate will have four-day wristband passes available which may be purchased Wednesday until Thursday morning for Thursday through Sunday. You must wear your wristband at all times.
Thursday, October 6
The gates will open at 6:00 a.m. Post entry for late arrivals will be from 7:00 a.m. until 8:00 a.m. Practice will begin at 8:00 a.m. for all* classes. A practice schedule will be posted on the line up board and announced. After completion of practice, the first fifteen events of the first round of motos will be presented.
*All 25+, 30+, 35+, 40+ and 45+ entrants will practice and race on Sunday, October 9th only.
Friday, October 7
Gates will open at 6:00 a.m. Starting at 8:00 a.m., events16 through the end of the first round of motos will be run.
Gates open at 6:00 a.m. Starting at 8:00 a.m., the second round of motos will begin and run through those motos as posted.
Sunday, October 9
Gates open at 6:00 a.m. The last 10 motos of the second round of motos will be presented beginning at 8:00 a.m., followed by practice for all 25+, 30+, 35+, 40+ and 45+ entrants will begin at approximately 10:00 a.m. After a short lunch break, the championship runoffs and the 25+, 30+, 35+, 40+ and 45+ motos (2) will follow until completion. Post entries for plus classes will be 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
All awards, prizes and trophies for all classes will begin Sunday afternoon and continue until complete per time posted and announced. Pros (A) will receive 100% payback as posted on the event board and announced. Plus classes will receive trophy awards.
Upon arrival, beginning Wednesday, everyone will receive an event schedule showing the “what events run when”, lunch break times and other information so that you may plan your stay in Branson and enjoy all the many activities that Branson has to offer. It is the rider’s responsibility to enter in the proper classes per their ability, age and cycle class per Branson USA race rules.
Send in your entry as soon as possible to avoid the post entry fee. The postmark deadline for mail entries is 9-16-11.
All numbers on bike side and front must be clear and easy to read and score. It is required that they be either black on white or white on black background, No “overlappling” , “scroll” numbers will be allowed. Branson USA rider, cycle and "stock Rules” are available per request and are on line at www.bransonmx.com.
It is the rider’s responsibility to be at staging and show up for motos entered as posted and announced.
No one, other than operation officials are allowed on the track, The track is 100% viewable to all. NO PIT RIDING in areas outside the track.
No entry refunds will be returned if notification to Branson USA via letter, fax or email is not received by 9-26-11. No verbal or telephone message will be accepted as notice to cancel. No entry refund will be given for any post entries at Branson USA
Event may be extended a day or rescheduled due to weather. If a change to the program dates is required, there will be no refunds for race entry or gate fees.
